Q: How can I book an apartment?
A: You can book an apartment by clicking on the field "book this apartment". You can also send us an email regarding your request or call us.
Q: If I click on "book this apartment" is the reservation complete?
A: No. You will receive an email from us confirming the availability and asking you to guarantee your reservation. If the requested apartment is not available, you will be offered an alternative.
Q: How can I guarantee the reservation?
A: The easiest and most popular way of guaranteeing the reservation is to provide us with your credit card details. Another possibility is to pay in advance either for the first night of your stay or for the whole stay.
Q: If I decide to pay the accommodation in advance, how do I pay?
A: Usually it is up to you how many nights you want to pay in advance and how many nights you want to pay after arrival. You can pay on-line by card, by Paypal, bank transfer, Western Union or in cash in our office.
Q: Is it really neccessary to give you my credit card details or pay in advance?
A: Yes. Without the guarantee your reservation will not be confirmed. An exception can be the same-day reservation (if you book the apartment and arrive on the same day).
Q: Are there any reservation fees?
A: Our agency does not charge any extra fees. On the contrary - we are trying to get lower prices for you than other agencies.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Standard cancellation policy is 5 days before arrival. If you cancel your reservation more than 5 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged off your credit card and if you guaranteed your reservation by paying anything in advance, full amout will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation less than 5 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, cancellation fee is the amount for the 1st night of your stay and will be charged off the credit card provided. If you send us a deposit payment, we will refund the amount without the amount for the 1st night of your stay. For group reservations special cancellation policy might apply.
Q: Are there any discounts available?
A: We offer discounts for our VIP clients (clients that have stayed with us already - does not have to be in the same apartment/hotel), long-term discounts (more than 4 nights), discounts for families with children (children up to 12 years of age) and last minute reservations.
Q: When is the check-in time? Is it possible to check-in earlier?
A: Usual check in time is at 2pm. In some cases earlier check-in can be allowed - if you must to check-in earlier, please tell us so when making the reservation. If you do not need to check-in urgently, please ask the receptionist or our staff and we will do what we can.
Q: Is it possible to check-in late at night?
A: Yes, it is possible to check-in late at night, but please note that not all apartments have 24-hour reception desk. Always inform us in advance if you are planning to arrive in the evening.
Q: Where can I park my car?
A: There are special areas for parking in the centre of Prague and some of them are only for the residents. If the apartment you have chose does not have private parking please ask our staff and we will send you alternative parking possibilities. We strongly recommend that you pre-book the parking space in advance!
Q: Is the cleaning of the room included in the price?
A: In the price of the apartment is included only the final cleaning after your departure. Most apartments do not provide cleaning service while you are staying. If you need to have the apartment cleaned, please turn to our office and we will arrange it. If you wish to have the apartment cleaned more than twice a week, extra fee will be required.
Q: Is it possible to extend my stay?
A: You will need to contact us and we will check if the extension is possible. If not, we will try to find alternative accommodation for you.
Q: Is it possible to book a transfer from the airport/station?
A: We can offer you the shuttle service to your accommodation. We will need to know the time of your arrival and flight number. Please see the bookmark "Transport".
Q: Is it possible to arrange any city tour or trips?
A: Absolutely. It is possible to arrange city tours and trips out of Prague. We can offer you tours in various languages and pick up from your accommodation. Contact our staff and you will be send a list of city tours and trips.
Q: Can you arrange a party, pre-book theatre/sports events tickets for me and so on?
A: Definitely. We will arrange anything that we can. Theatre tickets, sports even tickets, organise a wedding party, stag night party or honeymoon. Do you fancy a fancy meal in a restaurant? Do you wish to ride around Prague in a limo? Try some white-water rafting or range-shooting? Or do you just want to try Czech beer and have a chat with somebody who lives in Prague and can tell you more about life here? Let us know your requirements and we will arrange all details!
